• The development of human resources (cultural, social, spiritual, technical, organizational, economic, etc.) for the empowerment of individuals and groups as active members of society.
  
• The development of a resilient integrated program that links agriculture to industry and commerce.

• Working in the Songhai organization is not merely a job; it is a mission and a commitment to excellence. Its members are committed to programs and activities that bring positive developments to the lives of African people. 

SONGHAI promotes an entrepreneurial spirit using the following methods:

• Setting the example. Songhai itself is an " entrepreneurial space " that shares the risks and difficulties of entrepreneurs. To a great extent, we live by what we do.
  
• Promoting a competitive leadership spirit as well as a sense of creativity and innovation.
  
• Developing training programs for young people in human and technical fields.
