- Working in the Songhai organization is not merely a job; it
is a mission and a commitment to excellence. Its members are committed
to programs and activities that bring positive developments to
the lives of African people.

an entrepreneurial spirit using the following methods:

Setting the example. Songhai itself is an " entrepreneurial
space " that shares the risks and difficulties of entrepreneurs.
To a great extent, we live by what we do.
- Promoting
a competitive leadership spirit as well as a sense of creativity
and innovation.
- Developing
training programs for young people in human and technical fields.
